great summary, but i can’t stand this book. wow, i’m reading this for an education class. i think it is shiat. conceptual garbage with random anecdotes for support. doesn’t this scream out “i’m a management fad, so buy my book?”

They should go to Fifth Discipline and asapm certification long before they spend money giving their project managers an entry level certification.
