Until now I did too much of the talking on Project Shrink.

There are a gazillion more people that have more important things to tell about management in our global, mobile, virtual and multi-cultural world.

Until now we just had words that connected us.

It’s 2009, so let’s go multi-media baby!

video chat Video Chat: Working In Japan With Kimberly Wiefling

This is the first episode of many video chats I will be having this year. A brief but intense conversation with experts from around the world.

These are called “video chats”, so don’t expect high quality video productions… it’s just Skype and my iMac.

We kick off with the winner of the 2008 ShrinkieKimberly Wiefling…. woooohoooo!

Kimberly is the author of “Scrappy Project Management” and an international consultant. I talked with her on Skype about working in Japan and Mexico.

You can view the video below… or follow this link to YouTube.com.
